Who We Are:

Illinois Neurodiversity Initiative (INI) is a program for admitted University of Illinois students who identify as neurodivergent. INI promotes the success of neurodivergent students from orientation through graduation to successful employment through academic, social, mental health, and job readiness support. 

Our Mission:

INI provides an informed foundation of supports championing neurodivergent students at the University of Illinois.

Our Vision:

Our goal is to magnify the voice of the neurodivergent community, enabling university students to emerge as influential leaders and change agents, actively participating in addressing the worlds most significant challenges.
